We have been packed and ready to go now for over a month. The recent changes made in the paperwork required for adoptions from China have slowed everything down considerably. Being the optimist that I am though, and trying to keep things in perspective, we have really only been pregnant for 6 months. On the oft side of that is that instead of our child being safely tucked away in the womb, he is on the other side of the world, growing older daily, without his mom and dad.
Writing that brings tears to my eyes, but I do believe God is caring for his needs and His timing is, just that, His timing. Soon and very soon.....
